Why is Advent so special?
The cold embrace of a northern winter, the low winter sun. Warms drinks, candles, and cozy moments with loved ones.
This time is very special to us. Celebrating Advent is a long-standing tradition engrained in our culture; A countdown until Christmas. It’s when we come together with our loved ones and share special moments with them. We bake, go to concerts, make jólaglögg (Icelandic mulled wine), and special advent wreaths with four candles that we light each Sunday before December 24th. It’s those moments that make advent.
We set out to imitate the feelings these moments bring us with our Advent Advent Sundays gift. Four very special chocolate treats that are inspired by festive traditions.
