The perfect hot chocolate
It the fourth day of Advent and a lovely cup of hot chocolate is badly needed on a day like this.
Omnom hot chocolate
250 g of milk
60g of Tanzania 70% chocolate (one bar)
Warm the milk to a boiling point. Finely chop the chocolate and put in a blender bowl. Pour the warm milk of the chocolate and let it stand for 20 seconds. Then mix it together in the blender.
Serve with whipped cream
