The true ghost of Christmas past. Remember the holidays of your childhood? We’ll bet the first thing that comes to mind is a nice glass of milk and a tasty gingerbread cookie.
It is probably one of the longest-running festive traditions, and any Christmas without it just wouldn’t be the same.
We experimented with a couple of recipes to make the perfect spiced cookie. Using almonds left over from our production, steel-cut oats and a lot of ginger and cinnamon, we hit the sweet spot. You can almost taste it, can’t you?

Milk chocolate (cane sugar, cocoa butter, Icelandic whole milk powder, cocoa beans from Madagascar, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin)), Oat cookies (margarine (palm oil, rapeseed oil, citric acid (E330), emulsifier (E471), antioxidant (E306, E304), colour (E160a)), wheat flour, sugar, oats, eggs, almond flour, whey powder, butter, orange peel, cloves, salt, cayenne, ginger, dextrose sugar, flour treatment agent (E300)).
Contains a minimum of 45% cocoa solids.
